Blackened Black Fin Tuna
Ingredients
- 1 tspGarlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Ground Thyme
- 1 tsp Ground Red Pepper
- 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Ground White Pepper
- 1/2 tbsp Salt,
- Sesame Seeds, small handful
Directions
Heat your iron skillet until it is very hot. Combine all of the ingredients above. Coat Tuna fillets in this mixture. Add a knob of butter into the skillet. Put fish in pan and cook on each side until blackened. The inside should still be plenty rare. This dish is excellent with lots of spice.
